Afro-Cuban roots meet urban funk as singer Cimafunk brings his signature groove to Paris's Grande Halle de la Villette. Taking his artist name from the Cimarrons, enslaved people who escaped Spanish colonists, he transforms the stage into an electric, high-energy party. The bass pulses, the percussion turns fierce, and bright brass lines lock in unison. Legendary trombonist Fred Wesley, famous for his iconic work with James Brown’s J.B.’s, joins the lineup to turn up the heat. Together, they deliver a electrifying set featuring crowd favorites like "La Papa," alongside J.B.'s classics "House Party," "Doing It To Death," and "Same Beat".
