Who we share your personal data with
We share your personal data with Data Processors who help us provide the service. We only disclose personal data to them under our written instructions in a data processing contract that limits their use of the data to the specific purpose and use adequate security measures. From time to time, we review and change our data processors:

We process data in more than one territory. For citizens of the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), we safeguard the cross-border transfer of your data to 'third countries' that have no adequate agreement using the lawful methods 'Standard Contractual Clauses' or 'Binding Corporate Rules', otherwise we will rely on your explicit consent.
In the event our business is sold, transferred, or merged with another entity, under our legitimate interest we may disclose or transfer your personal data to the prospective or new owner, or affiliated parties, as part of that transaction. Such disclosures will take place only where necessary for the purposes of evaluating or completing the transaction. Where a business transfer completes, the new owner will become the Data Controller.

How we keep your data secure
We take all reasonable measures to keep your data secure using both best-practise technical and organisational measures including the encryption of data, secure transmission and processing of card payment data in compliance with the PCI DSS card payment standard. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic processing is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your own device and internet connection secure and for using a strong password.
How long we keep your data
We do not keep data for longer than is necessary. We will keep your account profile data for up to four years after your last subscription expires to make it easy for you to re-start a subscription and to send you direct marketing about our content and offers. We will not continue to process your data beyond our legitimate interest or after you withdraw your consent.

Availability of our service and the applicable legislation
We comply with UK data protection and privacy legislation. Our service is made available in English language in multiple countries, and we comply additionally with local data privacy legislation in your country where required to do so.
Our service is available for those aged 18 and over. You must not use our service or interact with us if you are under this age.
Exercising your rights or making a complaint in the UK
Under the UK data protection legislation, we must inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data. You have the right to request:
- access to the personal data we hold about you, free of charge in most cases.
- correction of your personal data when incorrect, out of date, or incomplete.
- deletion of data we hold about you when you object to processing, where there is no other overriding lawful basis.
- objection to, or temporary restriction of the use of your data in specific circumstances, where there is no other overriding lawful basis.
- withdrawal of your consent, where this is relied upon as the lawful basis for processing.
Our obligation is to carry out your request within a reasonable timeframe, usually within one month of your request. We will inform you when in some circumstances reasonably it may take us longer.

In the event we have not met our obligations, or you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you are able to make a complaint to the regulator. You should always contact us in the first instance to exercise your lawful rights and we will do our best to carry this out efficiently.
